Prevented parsing the spectator overview, which is a seemingly unused feature in MSR
Added code to protect against attempting to load a null or zero-length file in LoadTGAForRes, although the real solution would be to find where those null or empty string filenames were being pulled from to begin with, which I couldn't.
Upped the scripted item description limit to 96 chars. I think the limit may have been preventing a problem which has since been resolved, as I tested drawing one of the affected weapons to trigger the description message several dozen times while moving through level transitions without any errors. Either way, this keeps an upper limit on it for now while fitting all of the current item descriptions.
