Import old FN data #37

We should create a program which basically reads the old encrypted FN archived char files, decrypts them and directly writes them to the new FN central with the steamID, slot, size, etc, such that most players can continue with their old characters on the new system.

Place any encrypted char files in the same folder as the .exe, run it and it'll push the decrypted contents to the API
