Add a "last weapon used" function #87

In HL1, if you were to push a key that were bound to the "last weapon used" function, it would holster your current weapon and take out the weapon you had just before it. MS could greatly benefit from a keybind like this.

Should be doable by copying what is done for quickslots but rebinding the quickslot whenever you holster.
