FEATREQ - Leadership Page #4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to be able to view the current leaders and find a way to contact them.

Describe the solution you'd like A page exists with summary cards for each leader showing their name, position, year, major, and some contact info. A short bio would be nice too

Additional context It would be nice to have pictures so people can put a name to a face, but that can be optional.
