Add water temperature sensor interface #8

We have a BlueRobotics water temp sensor: https://bluerobotics.com/store/sensors-sonars-cameras/sensors/celsius-sensor-r1/

This was necessary for MATE 2019, but is not for MATE 2020. Still, it would be a nice thing to implement. It communicates over i2c.
