1 month ago Line 50 is believe is where the background is getting changed but not the header, in the index.html in the main directory outside of src
the top header bar with the msu denver logo and the time (the white bar where it says "Bulletin Board") is not formatting correcting when viewing the website on mobile, the normal background is changing however.
