[REQUEST] put the mod requirements and conflicts into the readme

Is your request related to a problem? Please describe. This mod does not link to- or even mention the mods which are required for it to run. According to the msu.nut it requires the vanilla game and according to the latest patch notes (1.3.0) it requires Modern Hooks.

Also it currently has a build-in conflict with an older version of legends.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add two new sections Requirements and Conflicts to the readme.
Add Modern Hooks to requirements
If this version still requires old mod hooks then add those aswell there
Add Legends (with the version number) to conflicts

The only requirement is listed on the appropriate section on nexusmods (which is the intended source for MSU), and the legends conflict would be shown to a user upon launching the mod with the years old version of legends. I do not believe additional sources of information are necessary personally.

I think adding Modern Hooks to requirements in the readme is fine. I don't think mentioning the older version of Legends is necessary - it's a very niche case of conflict that was added for a special reason which I forgot. Enduriel probably remembers. Maybe that Legends version overwrites some stuff which causes issues with MSU.
