Lumberjack extra plank ability does not work on modded crafting tables

Extra planks from crafted logs can only be obtained from vanilla crafting table. (not crafting slab or station)

this issue is a limitation of Origins Classes Mod. You could report this there, I am not able to change this behavior. https://github.com/apace100/origins-classes/issues
