add option to include or not include the check for 01.01.xxxx DOBs #7

the tool intentionally ignores any dates of first of january because there are so many staff with first of january DOB that that it was causing too many false positives being found.

I presume the majority of these are Non-Players. How about the option to include or not include the check for 01.01.xxxx ? This would mean the duplicate finder could be run on a player only file (one where the non-players were removed manually).

I'm sure Andrea would agree that finding Player duplicates is far more important than Non-Player duplicates.

I implemented it. Now the tool checks for this date too. I didn't add it as an option, it works by default, seems to be fine like this. Thanks Andrea for suggestion.

Can be tested in v0.4-beta
