[Question] Is it posible to supply the list of SimpleITK images instead of paths? #87

I have CT data in DICOM format stored on the computer (about 300 slices per series). I want to load and use 3D images, can I supply the SimpleITK.Image type to the WORC flow directly (not by path)?
