Please add short 'how to setup' section to readme #18

First of all thanks a lot for your hard work!

I am new to opencore and am not sure how to use your repository properly.

I was able to install Catalina using your files and after setup all I did was copying the EFI folder to my EFI partition.

Now I can boot without using the usb stick but am not sure if that was everything that has to be done in order to finish the setup?

In order to make things clear for all beginners please add a short 'how to setup' section to your README.

That would be awesome!

You should read up on the Dortania guides to get a basic how-to for Hackintoshing and OpenCore. You'll find all the files you'll need in this repo, but the instructions are better left to the Dortania group as it subject to updates.
