`Export as html` failed if refer image by `![]()` and path is UrlEncoded. #175

Preview works fine.

But If I refer a image by ![]() syntax and the image path is UrlEncoded,likefile%20name%20with%20space.png. When I Export as html, the preview tab will stuck. And the image isn't be copied to the export folder.
