This PR adds two new barrier nodes:

Indestructible Water Barrier Glass (ctf_map:ind_water), will turn into water unconditionally on barrier removal, can be used in maps with water
Indestructible Lava Barrier Stone (ctf_map:ind_lava), will turn into lava on barrier removal, can be used in A Kingdom In The Nether
