Bring back moon map #300

@LuismiInTheZone I would like to remind you that the map has been disabled due to map voting. Normally, changes should be made that improve the game experience on the map. I don't see that in your PR. And I for one will not bring the map back because of a Discord poll where 16 people participated (12:4 when I last checked).

Yeah... Hobbit Power has a point
