Add the ability to change left/right padding in Convo list, and Text Message. #86

Another minor, nitpick...

There's a ~20px left and right padding in the conversation list, and a ~15px left and right padding in text messages. Please give us the ability to customize this. There's a lot of wasted real estate.

You should be able to achieve this by going to DopeConvos>Conversations>ConversationTableCustomization and use the Cell Width
