Add send delay #92

Describe the feature you'd like to be added Add a feature that allows a user-configurable time after the "Send" button is hit to cancel the sending and edit the message. An old tweak called SendDelay did this

The tweak "Whoops" does this and works well in combination with DopeConvos. Would be nice to integrate this into DopeConvos thought to minimize the number of tweaks installed.
