I always have to clear notifications one by one, and I miss having a clear all button that’s always visible like the one from Android.

A permanent button that clears all notifications or like Quart, a quick gesture that clears everything.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Quart (the tweak) had a pull down gesture that cleared everything, but I decided to stop using the tweak because of compatibility issues.
