Joystick not hitting diagonals fully #21

I have an issue where the left joystick won't hit diagonals fully. This leads to slow walking speeds in certain games when I try to move at a diagonal manner. I've hit the Share button to calibrate my left stick but it doesn't seem to do anything for diagonals.

That's as far as the joystick goes if I slam it into the top left corner.
