After using this software for a long time myself, I tried to install it on my friends PC. The result was that Windows wouldn't recognize any HID input device anymore, essentially leaving us without any option to do anything after bootup. After some hours of trying we used the Windows option which would reset the OS to an older state. I don't know what triggered this behaviour in this particular install but I'm guessing its about HIDCerebus or HIDGuardian.

I just spoke to a person on Reddit who claims to have experienced the same issue - are you planning on doing anything about it? If peoples systems get bricked by your software the issue is beyond critical and I honestly think you should consider not distributing it further until you can sort out the issue!

Check the commit history. Last one was December of 2017
