ControllerException: Error sending getinput command #41

hello.

I have tried to connect pro controller to pc via bluetooth with betterjoyforcemu. but it is failed of issue : https://github.com/Davidobot/BetterJoyForCemu/issues/39

so i tried to connect via usb but it doesn't work as well.

Driver install was successful but when i run proconXinput, error messages pops up like this.

Connected to 1 controller(s). Beginning xInput emulation.

Doing calibration, stick min/maxes will be updated automatically. Move the sticks some, then let them reset to neutral. Press the Share button to set stick center. This only works once per controller currently! XInput may be laggier before stick center for all controllers is set!

Press CTRL+C to exit.

ControllerException: Error sending getInput command. Press any key to continue...

would you please help me?

I'm having the same issue except it only happens after I open Halo Combat Evolved on my computer
