Exception connecting to controller: Handshake failed #49

Worked fine before I ever started using WiiTarThing (a driver for Wii Guitar Hero guitars, uses SCP_Driver). And then it just gives me this whenever I connect. Also, the Pro Controller acts as if it doesn't want to use USB Mode to my pc. I have no idea what the fuck is happening and I've tried reinstalling all drivers multiple times, restarting and messing with HIDCerberus settings. Please help.

Okay. I just tried syncing to my Switch while it was connected over USB and it connected, leading me to believe my Pro Controller doesn't want to communicate with my PC?
