Can you research this, Not implement. Auto vehicle register to CAD, How much of this information can you easily get?

You can auto assume valid insurance and registration

If we can do this, I'll add an endpoint for you to register a vehicle for someone by Discord ID. Not sure how to choose what character to register the vehicle to? Maybe allow the user to type character name? Maybe register to the latest character, Then players can transfer it to another character via the CAD if they want?

With my current project structure I'll be easily able to find:

• The model (name) of the vehicle. This will only be possible when the vehicle is spawned from my vehicle spawner menu as it has to be defined.
• The plate is not a problem
• Vehicle color (technically). The reason I say technically is because you have different variants. I can see if you've got "blue" but I can't see if you've got worn blue or if you have matte blue. If need be, we can create a map defining all the different colors with their sub-types.

As for detecting their CIV, yeah latest would most likely be the easiest way to go around it. We can always give them the option to type the name of a civ or we can add integration.

• This could also be in the form of a sub-menu which pops up when you try to "register" the vehicle, and it asks to select which ped you want to use.

What I mean by integration is when you connect (or add/remove the civ) I'll see your civ names. Then I can just make the "Register Vehicle" button a slider where you can go through which civ you want to register the vehicle to.
