When a player enters an emergency vehicle (or is placed within it on the back seats) - they should be stuck in the back (as emergency vehicles lock automagically).
Current bugs with this system:
[ ] Fix player only being able to exit through the door nearest to them. They should be able to exit if either one of the two back doors is open.
[ ] ^ Adding to the above - Make sure the player moves to the seat on the other side before exiting. Otherwise they'll just open the door and it'll be weird.
