[BUG] Healing False Flag #50

In-Game Bug Report

Description

When spawning a default ped or entering ped creation mode, it seems it heals you and in turn flags you for healing.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Spawn a ped
  2. Issue go boom.

Expected Behavior

It not false flag the player.
