Installation issue etc/hosts file #14

Bonjour,

I'm getting this issue while running yarn run serve

Proxy error: Could not proxy request /ws from localhost:8080 to http://localhost:5000. See https://nodejs.org/api/errors.html#errors_common_system_errors for more information (ECONNREFUSED).

HAving issu locating the /etc/hosts file to due this task: "Ajouter l'entrée DNS filharmonic.local.beta.gouv.fr -> 127.0.0.1 au fichier /etc/hosts, afin de faire marcher la redirection Cerbère. (Attention, le fichier doit comporter une seule ligne avec 127.0.0.1)"

127.0.0.1 localhost filharmonic.local.beta.gouv.fr

Hi !

You need to install and start the API.

This project has been abandoned. That's why it has not received any updates since April 2019. I'll update the documentation though. :+1:
