Incorrect namings in the PDF #9

Since I have been changing many makam/form/usul attributes of the scores, many of these in the pdfs are not consistent anymore. This problem is related to #7. However, unlike the other cases, we cannot have to check the pdf's manually. One solution can be rendering the pdf's from the MusicXML files in the future.

This will be fixed automatically when #41 is completed in the next release
