We don't really need to do anything with the Form page to delete it. Maybe copy in the "we're working on this" page from the carnatic composer/work pages, and leave it at that.

Search works, but autocomplete is based on the title data for both hindustani and carnatic. Need to work out how to have 2 different autocomplete indexes and search each of them.
