Added essentia.js-model add-on module and changes related to 0.1.1 release #56

This PR adds the following changes

Added the essentia.js-model module for using pre-trained audio ML models within essentia.js using Tensorflow.js.
Expose all the modules to the NPM entry point (see #50)
Update build scripts
Add some basic tests for the module.
Updates documentation and tutorials (see #55) Cheers to @jmarcosfer :)
Refactored and added demos for using Ml models with essentia.js (see #51, #53, #54) cheers to @jmarcosfer :)
