Add new demo: Onsets #73

New demo showcasing onset detection algorithms.

Allows:

File upload or search on Freesound
Onset detection using up to 4 onset detection functions (ODFs)
ODFs can be combined and weighted
FFT settings and onset sensitivity can also be adjusted

Technical aspects:

More complex demo than usual. Built with Vue.js
Built final project is stored at, and should be retrieved from, /public
