Update Vamp plugin to the latest Vamp SDK #1401

Update to the newest Vamp plugins SDK. We are using SDK 2.4, located in src/3rdparty/vamp-plugin-sdk-2.4. Currently, the minimum required SDK in SonicVisualizer is 2.3.
