New name #170

We update:

of Freesound Datasets to Freesound Annotator.

Still to do: -change url of repository (and maybe some directory names?) -change url of google group. EDIT: This is done already -add explanation of change in the README

We decided to keep the same name for the django project and for the database name in development and production.
