negative reproduction in Russian simulation #1

In the Russian simulation a negative reproduction is automatically calculated, but this doesn't make sense.

Thanks for detecting this!

I added a temporary fix (repeat the sometimes sluggish Nelder Mead optimization several times) and will treat the problem more systematically soon (the parameters of the initial and final time intervals are only weakly coupled leading to numeric instabilities)
