Change homepage buttons to have grey outline and change Deploy button to "Ask AI #142

Change all buttons at the bottom of the page to have a consistent grey outline, not just on hover. Also, make sure that the buttons at the bottom are separated by a 2px padding Change the button reading "Deploy" to read "Ask AI". Also, forward users that click on this button to the page chat.openai.com
