It would be nice if franker would work in Safari 5 Reader mode.

Sorry, that is hardly possible.
I tried to achieve that and really want it also, but Reader mode is very 
"magic" and just removes everything injected javascript adds to the page :/
Sorry again, no promises on this so far.

A hint for people interested in Franker for Reader mode.
You can use Readability service to emulate Reader mode and Franker works there.
