Frankate generates error message if Safari was started without Internet connection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try Frankate using Microsoft Translator

What is the expected output? 
Should work

What do you see instead?
Franker error: Microsoft Translator does not support this language pair: -en.
Supported languages: .
Please, adjust language settings at the Franker extension options page.

Regression:
Was working until very recently.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Franker 1.3.1
Safari version 6.0.2 (8536.26.17)

Could you try restart your Safari? The extension sometimes fails if Safari was 
started without Internet connection.
