Travis CL will be shutting down soon and will not be doing automatic testing anymore.
A possible solution would be Git Actions. I've had pretty good success with this recently and it is quite flexible. I could try to set one up if that is the consensus.
We should probably add Codecov as well, I think @zhang01GA will have to set this up since he is the key holder.
