Updating plotting tools to be more module and work with the new mt_collection

• Updated plot_mt_response:
  • to be more modular
  • use 2 gridspecs 1 for resistivity and phase and 1 for tipper and pt, that way the x tick labels can be visible
  • remove aspect="equal" for pt, it doesn't affect the look ellipses too much but looks better as a figure
  • removed dependency on os and use Path
• Updated PlotSettings:
  • added some properties that are common to plots
