Fix shapefile #5

now the tests for shapefile is working (output file is not yet verified) also updated the unit tests for shapefile NOTE: test_transform_utm_to_ll() is xfail due to the unclear structure of the return object

also test_transform_utm_to_ll() is never used (only in the test case)
