Duplication - PlotRMSMaps #51

PlotRMSMaps exists in two places: modeling and imaging. They look to be almost identical - can someone confirm, as I didn't write either of these versions? Can we remove one and merge any differences, if there are any?

I suggest putting the newest one in modeling.
