Multiverse code chunk shortcut behavior #124

We have an addin which allows the user to define a keyboard shortcut to create a multiverse code chunk (similar to the rstudio shortcut to create a R code chunk).

An enhancement feature would be to detect the current context, and:

if the current context is in the middle of an existing code chunk, split the code chunks
directly create the code chunk
