base 1.19 updates to coincide with 1.19.2+ updates? #9

Hi, me and my community play a modded smp server on a private modpack in base 1.19. Although 1.19 and 1.19.2 versions of saplanting are rather close in version number, i think we'd really appreciate seeing the tweaks from 1.1.3 and 1.1.3.+1 in 1.19. thank you:D
