Describe the bug Can't add a guild to alliance or to hostility

To Reproduce Press D -> click on Hostility or Alliance -> click on another Guild Master from a different guild -> nothing happens

Expected behavior Player should receive an offer of the alliance request

Guild Alliances are not implemented yet.
