DL Scepter skill not shown in the skills list #514

Describe the bug DL Scepter skill not shown in the skills list

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login Dark Lord character
  2. Equip Scepter +skill (if not yet equipped)
  3. Check skills list (bottom of screen)
  4. Force Wave skill not listed

Expected behavior Force Wave skill should be listed in the skills list

Additional context Both 6.3 and 5.2 clients behave the same, so assuming this is a server issue
