CPU utilization #1101

When running demo_inference.py on my machine, the CPU utilization went up to 100%. I noticed from other issues that this problem was occurring on most machines. Were you able to solve this utilizations problem. Thank you

Hi, it seems the python program will automatically utilize as much as CPU process to speed up the process.
