once the user has uploaded his documents an user should be able to download them, to do that in admin mode enabled, the "REGISTER" button should change to "DOWNLOAD"
onche the download button has been clicked then a modal will be displayed with the information
"CERTIFICADO IMSS" - This will be a button to download the certificate
"REGISTRO PATRONAL" - text field (it is filled with the data from the database)
"CONTRASEÑA" - text field (it is filled with the data from the database)
