Open Eugene is the newly formed Code for America brigade in Eugene. They are a project with fiscal sponsorship from C4A and can accept 501c3 donations. We could offer them hosting, coaching, etc in exchange for having a donation conduit for civic projects. I remember ECAN was suggesting MVP being a charitable org would be interesting.

I think this just entails a MoU

This issue is to create a memorandum of understanding with Open Eugene that says we agree to allow one project a month from them.
