Adding dirs_exist_ok=True param to shutil.copytree() makes the final processing more restartable.

Do we want to make that 5 seconds a config param up top someplace?

OK, I clearly didn't understand what I was doing with that Pull Request. I had intend to do two of them, one for each of the two commits. But I guess it made it in OK.
