Add Ctrl-Shift-T to reopen last closed tab #48

In Firefox, hitting Ctrl-Shift-T reopens the last closed tab. It would be 
really nice to have this feature 
in Arora. At least, it would be nice to have a big button available.

In the history menu there is a menu of the last close tabs.  But this can be 
improved.

I think it is also convinient to have an item in tab panel context menu to 
restore
last closed tab or even whole "Recent closed tabs" submenu.
