Midclick autoscrolling #60

Currently, mid-clicking into the void in a page brings you to the homepage.
This is an odd behaviour. I propose implementing autoscrolling to replace
that behaviour.

Actually, it brings you to the page whose URL is stored in the clipboard.

While I support this request, I don't know if it would be possible to implement 
with 
the current framework.

Currently the middle click pastes the url that you have in the clipboard.  
There is currently no plans to add the 
mid click scrolling mainly do to the fact that there is much more to do :)  If 
someone else wants to try they are 
free to re-open this task.
