Add Debian/Ubuntu repository #66

(this is pretty low priority)

There should be a Debian/Ubuntu repository (maybe at Launchpad.net's PPA?)
for easy upgrading.

PPA doesn't allow building for Debian. Building for Hardy is impossible because 
Qt 4.4 
is in backports.

This really is not an issue/bug with Arora, but with debian/unbuntu and what 
they choose and not choose to 
include.  The task really should be brought up with the them.

Not really. Many sites provide their own APT repository.
